Hit and Run is touted to be a movie replete with thrill and drama as both the leads head toward Los Angeles with cops and gangsters chasing down all the way.

It seems Dax Shepard had everything planned for a long time and being a co-writer of the project, he brought about a solid testament to that.

No doubt, the couple would be seen do everything it wanted to show the world, and with co-stars like Bradley Cooper and Kristin Chenoweth playing important characters, Hit and Run is believed to be a major box office success.

The action-comedy directed by Kristen Bell’s beau will see the light of the day on August 24, 2012. And I feel it’s a token of love to Kristen from Dax. Or the producer-actor had something else in his mind like bonding with the screen siren to make her work in his project.

Well, it may be anything, true love, commercial gains or publicity gigs, but we really don’t need to bother at all. We are getting to see a new take on how two people jostle with unpredictable situation on the go, after all.

Heroes episodes online might still be in demand for Kristen Bell, but let me tell you something that the starlet has traversed a long way than just being a TV star.

Shepard’s company seems healthy for Bell, and as long as it keeps reaping benefits for her, she won’t complain. Let’s wait to see how long Shepard churns out of oodles of good for his ladylove.

Only a few days ago, she was seen getting cozy with her new boyfriend, Scotty McKnight, during one of the encounters between the New York Jets and the Buffalo Bills.

The injured Jets pro was seen seated beside his girlfriend, during the entire match. And it takes no brain-storming to figure out how much of an impact Hayden has had, on her new kill from the sporting arena.

I am not concerned about the romance brewing between the two lovebirds, but I would definitely like to see for how long the 5-month-old relationship sustains the beatings of time.

Just to remind you, Hayden was engaged with another sports person, before bonding with the Jets player.

Wladimir Klitschko and the actress parted their ways in May, this year.

And quite interestingly, just one month after her break-up with the Ukrainian heavyweight champion, she was able to cast her spell on Scotty.

Anyway, Emma had gone into the auditions being held by the Heroes creative team and producers for the role of Claire Bennet, the cheerleader who was endowed with certain superpowers, which had nothing to do with her unique looks and her cheerleader-uniform.

A young Emma had dropped out of high school and was banking on landing the role of Claire, which if she had actually been able to get then we can only guess what heights she would have reached until now.

But it never happened and Emma had to wait for sometime before being launched right into the mainstream Hollywood spotlight with ‘Superbad.’

Emma has revealed that she had been waiting for her chance at the auditions when she heard people in the audition room telling someone that she was their pick and that she was an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10, and that someone happened to be Hayden Pannettiere.

She then went home, taking with her a big meltdown, an incident she describes as her ‘rock bottom,’ but I don’t think she will ever have to visit that place, in the long-long time to come.

As for Hayden, I believe she was cut-out for the role of Claire, which she eventually proved to the viewers when she gave excellent performances while enacting a cheerleader who could heal in a superfast manner.

But Emma has justified herself as well; maybe she didn’t get a memorable role like Hayden did, but she is a fairly successful actress now and will do better in the future.

His acts in the role of the telepathic cop, Matt Parkman, in Heroes episodes played on with the imagination of the fans to such an extent that they love to discuss about it in spite of the fact that the show is no longer on air.

It takes a great deal of effort on the part of an actor to attain the status of a star in the industry. And over the years, Greg has proved that he has all the panache to claim his reward through hard work and unflinching diligence.

Coming to his personal life, I would say he is a man of great accountability, and he has never let work encroach the realm of his family.

Whether or not his marriage helped him accept the role of big, dumb guy is uncertain, but one thing is for sure - that his contented personal life has provided him the leverage to climb the ladder of success.

It’s not news anymore that the star, who executed the double role of Niki Sanders and Tracy Strauss in the science-fiction Heroes, is now playing the role of a mother. Yes, I am talking about Ali Larter. Ali Larter gave birth to boy Theodore Hayes MacArthur on December 20, 2010.

Well, that was definitely an amazing moment for the family. But, it seems that her child has become an obstruction in her daily work. I know it’s weird to know that, but it’s correct somehow!

Many of you must be acquainted with the fact that women tend to gain weight during the time of pregnancy. And if you are an actor, one needs to shed it quickly. Likewise, the Heroes star has joined a weight loss program. But, it becomes very problematic for her to attend the program.

Recently, she called it a ‘challenge’ to retrieve the pre-baby weight. Do you know how?

Ali Larter described that it’s very disturbing when she leaves the child. Moreover, she also realized that being a mom bothers you the most, in case you are working. She describes it as painful.

So, that’s how her life has become problematic these days! When she leaves her child at home, she leaves her mind with him, carrying along her physical self. She always thinks about reaching home early.

But, at the same time, she is determined to lose the post-pregnancy weight. She even carries out Pilates even if she doesn’t like to do it.

Masi Oka, the former star of Heroes, is still taken back by the heart-rending images of the tsunami that hit his native country, Japan. While Masi’s country is passing though a tough phase, he feels proud of his countrymen’s united efforts to fight off this disaster and emerge as a more resilient people.

The news of Japan being devastated by tsunami must have been pretty ironical for the actor as he had just finished a party with his Japanese friends, when nature unleashed itself in full fury!

Fortunately, his family members have managed to escape unscathed. However, some of his friends were not so fortunate, as they are still on the lookout for their missing relatives. Reportedly, Japan has lost more than 3000 lives due to this uninvited catastrophe.

Masi admits that he is disturbed by the pictures of large scale death and devastation. With an intensive clean-up operation in full flow, the actor may take a flight to Japan to contribute in disaster management.

A short-duration mad rush from the nature was more than enough to change the picture of Japan from a calm and progressive nation to a place that is struggling to keep up with a major crisis, what with one of its main nuclear plants on fire.

In an interview, Masi said that during this tough time, Japanese have come together and they are trying to assist each other; something about which he is immensely proud of.

The actor has now appealed to the fans to pray for the goodwill of Japan and offer as much funds as they can to the Red Cross in order to speed up the rate of charity relief.

He says that being humans, we are all linked to one another, and so we must come together to help Japan see through this hour of crisis.
