Nathan, who is under the evil grasps of the Baron Samdei, becomes a target for Peter and the Haitian to rescue him. Mohinder is held captive by Arthur who wants all his powers back. Mohinder then tries to find Maya who may be helpful as she is deprived of her powers too. Matt is in the process of discovering the ‘real’ Daphne without her powers. Hiro and Ando, on the other hand, search for reasons of their powerlessness, in a book store full of comics. These belong to the late Isaac Mendez’s ‘9^th Wonder’ series. Claire is shown succumbing to her wounds and Sylar and his accomplice are shown to be tracked down by Mr. Bennet.
