Tracy is caught in the building in which Nathan conducts his experiments to terminate people with abilities. Tracy is subjected to several experiments herself but somehow manages to stay alive. The Hunter is now in hot pursuit of all the heroes with a single goal of killing them all. The president of the United States of America, on the other hand launches an investigation into the activities conducted by Nathan in a bid to capture the heroes. Sylar is still looking for his birth father but now he has help in two forms one from Luke and also from the government agents who are after him. In California, Claire is subjected to her father’s ruthless behavior while Hiro, Matt and Ando go to India to find a new friend.
